This piece, ‘Little Moth’ was the first of the new series. Depicting a sweet female form cloaked in a moth. She is warm and serene.
Hand Crafted
Hand built with a warm textured clay, then fired to high temperatures for durability, and to give the colours a beautiful antiquated effect.
Unique Design
The sculpture is shaped by hand, then painted with underglazes I blend here in the studio. I decorate with intricately carved line work in the Sgraffito method. Each piece is unique.
